Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once shipped you will receive tracking via email.
Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Australia : 3-5 days
- International : Up to 14 days

We completely understand, sometimes plans change. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel it and provide a full refund.
If your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However you may :
Exchange it for a preferred style (subject to stock availability), or Return it for a refund in line with our returns policy.
Please note : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to items, sizes, or shipping details.
If you need to update something urgently, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is shipped.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or peak periods.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
SAER HAUS® is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
If this occurs, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the items are :
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original packaging with tags attached
Return shipping is covered at the customers expense.
Yes we offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
No. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
If your item if faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with :
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please double check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Yes. Multiple items from the same order may be returned together, provided all items meet our return conditions.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return has been received and approved.
Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
Items returned worn, damaged, washed, or without original tags and packaging may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Product & Care
- Each SAER HAUS® garment includes specific care instructions on the product page and garment label. We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided for the exact item you have received to ensure longevity of fabric, fit, and detailing.

Our garments are pre-treated to minimise shrinkage. However, improper washing or drying may affect fabric and fit.
Always follow the care instructions on the garment label.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
